APPLICATION GUIDELINES
- Every household member 18 or older must complete a separate application.
- Each application must be accompanied by a $20 application processing fee. PAY APP FEE NOW
- Income verification (pay stubs, bank records, employment offer letters, etc) can be faxed to 1-888-517-5420 or emailed to office@chattanoogapm.com.
- When all information has been submitted, as requested here, the application process typically takes LESS THAN ONE HOUR to complete.
